About A Minecraft Movie
Four misfits — Garrett “The Garbage Man” Garrison (Jason Momoa), Henry (Sebastian Eugene Hansen), Natalie (Emma Myers) and Dawn (Danielle Brooks)—find themselves struggling with ordinary problems when they are suddenly pulled through a mysterious portal into the Overworld: a bizarre, cubic wonderland that thrives on imagination. To get back home, they’ll have to master this world (and protect it from evil things like Piglins and Zombies, too) while embarking on a magical quest with an unexpected, expert crafter, Steve (Jack Black).
Special screenings for NHS Patients at MediCinema
Patients in hospital will also be treated to a special preview of the movie ahead of the film’s release in UK cinemas between 31st March and 2nd April, at 6 in-hospital cinemas run by MediCinema across the UK including Guy’s Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster in London, Serennu Children’s Centre in Newport, the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle, the Royal Hospital for Children/Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool.
